At École Chevalier, we strive to provide high-quality language instruction in both online and in-person formats. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for all course registrations.

 

Cancellation and Refund Terms

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start of a course are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start of a course are eligible for a 50% refund.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course begins or after the course has started are not eligible for a refund.

 

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your course (subject to availability) up to 24 hours before the course start time at no additional cost.

• Rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of the class or after the course has started.

Missed Classes

​

• Missed classes due to no-show, personal scheduling conflicts, or late arrival are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or transferred.

Cancellations by École Chevalier

In the unlikely event that École Chevalier cancels a class or course due to low enrolment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances:

• You will be offered a full refund or

• The option to transfer to another class of equal value, subject to availability

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days of approval.

• For payments made through third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal or card processors), processing times may vary.
