Booking Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a course at École Chevalier, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding class bookings, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Booking and Payment

All courses (online and in-person) must be booked and paid for in advance.
A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of payment to secure your place in the class.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the start of the course are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the course starts are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the course or after the course has started are not eligible for any refund.

3. Rescheduling

Students may reschedule their course up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the course start time cannot be accommodated.

4. Attendance and Punctuality

Students are responsible for attending classes on time. Missed classes due to lateness or absence are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The school is not obliged to provide make-up classes for missed sessions.

5. Course Changes and Cancellations by the School

École Chevalier reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course in the event of low enrolment, teacher unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or alternative class options.

6. Conduct

All students are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during classes, whether online or in person. The school reserves the right to terminate participation without refund in cases of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Health and Safety (for In-Person Classes)

Students attending in-person classes must comply with all health and safety guidelines as communicated by the school.
