About the Course
This course is recommended for 12 to 17 year-olds who have already completed levels 1, 2 and 3 of our kids classes or at least 90 hours of French classes.
Learners will work towards taking the A1 DELF junior exam.
The DELF A1 Junior exam is designed for teenagers and assesses basic French language proficiency as per the A1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This certification is officially recognized by the French Ministry of Education and is valid for life.
The classes are 1.5 hours. Learners can attend a class once a week or twice a week.
Learners have the flexibility to choose:
Minimum purchase of 20 hours exam practice ONLY after 90 to 100 hours of self-study.
Pay-as-you-go. Choose the units that you would like to study with an instructor.
Follow the full instructor-led programme.
All the options above include exam practice.

There are 12 units in total to complete. Classes run during the school year with exams in November and in June.
Your Instructor
Adora Sas

Adora Sas is a UK-trained teacher with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, a bachelor’s degree in French, and a master’s degree in Scientific, Technical, and Medical Translation. She is an experienced classroom practitioner and professional linguist, with several years of teaching experience in London secondary schools. In addition to her teaching expertise, Adora has worked as a freelance translator and précis-writer for various agencies and international organizations, including the World Health Organization in Geneva.
